This role involves overseeing and taking ownership of process standards and continuous improvement initiatives for the geography within your scope. You will work closely with local teams to implement globally approved TA tools and integrations, and collaborate with TA functional support team.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the Talent Acquisition area
  • Experience working with TA related tools (ATS, CRM, assessment tools; knowledge of SF Success Factors advantageous)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
  • Proactive and solution-focused attitude
  • Very good English and Polish language skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
