About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Network Planning Manager to join our Danone Planning Center in Katowice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and managing the tactical planning process, including supply network optimization, and supporting innovation and demand risks and opportunities qualification in the GPS cycle through scenario planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the E2E planning process across the full horizon and for all material types and rough-cut capacity planning
  • Creating the supply plan for the central supply chain, preempting issues and deciding on trade-offs in advance
  • Collaboration with executive planners, production teams, and scheduling planners to ensure coordinated execution and communicate decisions effectively
  • Resolving potential capacity issues in collaboration with plants/supply points and schedulers
  • Optimizing supply chain priorities, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term business goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain Management or a related role, preferably within the FMCG company. You will also need experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment, a relevant higher education degree, and excellent proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
