Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our Danone Planning Center (DPC) team in Katowice. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned levels of the supply network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate and timely plans for finished products at assigned levels of the supply network.
- Ensure supply execution and finished goods availability in the markets within the 1 to 14 weeks planning horizon for portfolio.
- Monitor stock availability and make decisions to prioritize shipments based on customer demands.
- Manage transportation logistics and address any issues that may arise, such as delays or capacity constraints.
- Develop release schedules and forecast transport needs for the coming weeks.
- Evaluate and communicate capacity and material supply issues to all parties as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in a production environment.
- Good level of English (B2/C1) is a must, any other European language such as French, Spanish, German and Polish will be an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel, good SAP knowledge and ability to learn new tools.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Persistent problem-solving abilities.
The Danone Planning Center (DPC) is a newly opened, technologically advanced competency center located in Katowice. DPC is responsible for supply chain planning for fresh dairy, plant-based products, specialized nutrition and first diet from Nutricia. Covering all European countries, this innovative hub utilizes cutting-edge technology to optimize and revolutionize planning processes.
