We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering capacity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of mechanical systems in a data centre environment, and ability to maintain good customer relationships while working on sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client communications to ensure effective service delivery.
  2. Coordinating work with contractors to integrate services seamlessly.
  3. Preparing method statements and risk assessments to guarantee safety protocols are met.
  4. Delivering all mechanical system components within project timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Communicating with the project team to sequence pipework installation according to scheduled dates, ensuring timely completion.
  6. Assessing and managing project commerciality to validate project progress from estimation through to full technical procurement.
  7. Supporting documentation and costing of changes to work scopes and preparation of monthly valuations and final account.
