We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst - Financial Services to join our team at Verestro. In this role, you will analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and success.

Job Description

  1. Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and success.

  2. Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams responsible for other products from the product line to align on product strategies and goals.

  3. Support product strategy and development in the area of financial services, including mobile payments, digital wallets, NFC, etc.

  4. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

  5. Develop business cases and proposals to support product decisions and investments.

  6. Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and success.

  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical skills (business analysis, process design) to drive informed decision-making and business growth.
  • A strong understanding of financial services technologies and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Experience in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and success.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude, responsibility, conscientiousness, communication skills, and creativity to drive business growth and success.
