We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Cybersecurity Competency Centre – a team of over 180 security specialists. The field of cybersecurity is at the forefront of technological innovation, enabling you to work with and sell the latest cutting-edge solutions and services.

Your Role

  1. You will research and identify potential clients in target markets (Polish and international).
  2. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  3. Acquire new customers through effective sales and negotiation techniques.
  4. Promote and sell cybersecurity services to meet customer needs.
  5. Co-create an effective Cybersecurity sales strategy with our team.
  6. Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client requests.
  7. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, etc.).
  8. Nurture relationships with current clients and provide exceptional customer service daily.
