We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the English and Italian languages, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
