Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. This position will involve developing technical architecture blueprints, supporting implementation, maintaining Tech Roadmaps, and re-architecting applications to leverage Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in system, technical, security architecture and proficiency in various architectures, including Regulatory, Cloud, Enterprise, Security, IAM, PAM, IDP, and SaaS, as well as methodologies.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of customer support processes and infrastructureExcellent instincts and ability to interface seamlessly with senior-level executivesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and writing skillsDeep passion for customer service and its transformative potentialStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively when requiredCapable of delivering consulting services both onsite and remotelyVery good English and Polish language skills
