KUBO is a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide guidance on designing, implementing, and scaling Gen AI solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in deploying AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and continuously monitoring model performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhance conversational AI, developer productivity, and search capabilities using enterprise-grade technology
  • Collaborate with cloud partners to build custom solutions for specialized use cases
  • Promote citizen development through no-code/low-code platforms
  • Utilize AI workbenches like Dataiku, AWS Sage Maker, and Kamino for complex AI applications
  • Implement and fine-tune Gen AI models and pipelines
  • Deploy and manage machine learning models in production using MLOps frameworks
  • Monitor and optimize model performance for scalability and efficiency
  • Assess the performance of large language models within specific domains
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions
  • Integrate AI models with existing workflows and systems
  • SUPPORT consulting projects of varying scopes, from quick Po Cs to full-scale solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop scalable MLOps infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and version control
  • Manage cloud-based resources for model deployment and monitoring
  • Ensure robust infrastructure for automation and testing
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in MLOps and Gen AI technologies
  • Conduct post-deployment evaluations to enhance model performance
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Address biases and ensure adherence to ethical AI guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Python (R is a plus)
  • Experience with ML integration frameworks like Langchain or Llama Index
  • Strong understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, version control, automated testing)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Sage Maker, Vertex AI)
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Background in vector databases and production model management
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Understanding of data engineering and pipeline development
  • Experience with Dev Ops practices and Agile methodologies
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices and data compliance standards
