The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Warsaw facility's infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance plan, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with external contractors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Warsaw facility's infrastructure, including HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the facility operates efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Technical Education
- Proven experience as a Facility Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with BMS and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a nice to have.
