At Helprise, we are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of high-quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies, leveraging various tools and frameworks, and generating insightful reports to support decision-making and process optimization.

You will also work closely with Product teams and the Organization to ensure the seamless integration of team operations within the PMI ecosystem. Your goal will be to optimize the use of Agile tools and practices, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate team performance.

We offer an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible work arrangements, remote work options, contract flexibility, and an impressive rewards system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong agile mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) with a deep understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

  • Analytical thinker with a keen interest in the product ecosystem.
