Motion Designer (mid-level)

We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team in Warsaw. As part of our global advertising agency, you'll work on motion content and animations for one of the largest alcoholic beverage companies in the world.

This esteemed client is a global leader in wine and spirits, with 12 hubs internationally and over 100 team members globally. Your work will be published across various media platforms, reaching diverse audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software.
  • Take design projects from brief to completion, ensuring innovative ideas and close collaboration with client brand guidelines.
  • Support the Paris-based HQ team with global requests when necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality results that meet exacting standards while positively influencing clients with your creative input.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of finished files, adhering to correct output specifications.
  • Work across various brands within the wine and spirits portfolio.

Requirements

  • Excellent motion design skills.
  • Proficiency in creating dynamic animations, transitions, and visual effects using software like After Effects, Blender, or Maya.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition to craft visually appealing motion graphics.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with other creatives to integrate motion elements seamlessly.
  • The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software.
  • A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with versatility in animating various styles and techniques.
  • Expertise in Adobe CS, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator, with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.
  • Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods - Alcoholic Beverages preferred.
  • Experience working within a portfolio of brands.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
