Job Summary

As a CRM Technical Lead, you'll utilize your in-depth technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to solve complex business problems. You'll design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises. You'll be a technology expert within the Dynamics 365 community, sharing your knowledge on bleeding-edge topics in community and internal events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions on complex projects
  • Lead development teams, taking ownership of solution quality and driving best practice development approaches
  • Provide direction to technical team members concerning solution design and approach
  • Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
  • Assist in sales activities and planning as required
  • Travel as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience in CRM development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Business Technology, or Engineering)
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Experience of CRM integration with other systems
  • Excellent communication skills (both Polish and English are required)
  • Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
