Project Manager - Automotive OEM/OES

Valeo, a global leader in automotive innovation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability and quality of our projects, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage OEM/OES projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and profitable execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including scope definition and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, including quality, production preparation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage project changes, including internal and customer-driven changes, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Apply Design to Cost methodology to optimize project profitability.
  • Escalate project issues and risks to senior management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Your Profile:
  • University education in a technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills.
