Job Title: Solution Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Software Architect to join our team at People More. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
  • Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Modernize the architecture of existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, review, and implement system architecture.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure architectural solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams for successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to manage deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Clearly communicate architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate architectural risks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for the organization's technology roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Architecture Design: Expertise in designing complex, scalable, modular software architectures (microservices, serverless, cloud-based), event-driven architecture, and experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Programming: Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java and Spring Boot.
  • Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and cloud-native tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Databases: Experience with relational (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • APIs: Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful and Async APIs.
  • Security: Deep understanding of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and network security.
  • Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g., Grafana) and load testing methodologies.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Language skills: Very good English and Polish
