Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams of technical professionals across IAM and Network disciplines in an agile product team structure.
  2. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while adhering to agile principles.
  3. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  4. Facilitate professional growth and career development opportunities for team members.
  5. Maintain an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, security best practices, and network architecture.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats to ensure the organization's infrastructure remains secure and up-to-date.
  7. Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of larger infrastructure projects and initiatives within an agile framework.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define project scope, objectives, priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  9. Ensure alignment with overall IT and business strategies while managing project risks and issues.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and initiatives.
  11. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbally.
  12. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and metrics to leadership and other relevant parties.
  13. Identify opportunities for process optimization within an agile context.
  14. Work closely with teams to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and improve overall efficiency while adhering to agile practices.
