The Commerce DevOps Hub is an integral part of our Global Digital & Technology Function, responsible for engineering software that powers e-Commerce. Based in Kraków, Poland, this organization plays a vital role in supporting and growing our revenue.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our eazle Advisor BE team as a leader of Solution Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, implementing, and integrating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. Your primary focus will be to understand business needs, working closely with Product Architects and Product Owners to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services aligned with overall standards and roadmaps.

You will lead your team from a technical standpoint, driving operational excellence while being an individual contributor (~60-80%) customizing, configuring, and engineering solutions jointly with the team. Additionally, you will ensure seamless data flow and process automation by integrating solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Solution Engineers in designing, configuring, developing, and delivering IT solutions within the tech stack: Microsoft Dynamics, Azure.
  • Drive operational excellence and lead your team from a technical standpoint.
  • Be an individual contributor (~60-80%), customizing, configuring, and engineering solutions jointly with the team.
  • Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Ensure and guide the team to adhere to solution standards, architectural guidelines.
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop engineering talents, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and solve immediate technical challenges.
  • Coordinate solutions development and address technical debt in the team; be a go-to person for technical decisions and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Manager to ensure the team has a stable workload and a backlog of proper size.
  • Represent the domain in broader technical discussions across domains.
  • Take ownership of all technical responsibilities, collaborating closely with in-house development teams, Pen Test vendors, and other technical partners to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
  • Create processes for documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure ongoing support and facilitate easy transfer of knowledge.
Tech Stack & Development Background

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven enterprise experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics customization and configuration: workflows, plugins, entities/tables, relationships, forms, views, and dashboards.
  • Experience in solution architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) for creating custom applications and automating processes within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • API integrations: REST, SOAP, Web API.
  • Experience in Azure components (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Programming Languages: Experience with C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • SQL and Database Management: Familiarity with SQL for querying data and understanding database structures.
  • Data Security: Understanding security best practices for handling sensitive data and managing access control.
  • OOP / SOLID / KISS / DRY mindset.
  • Proficiency in Version Control.

A strong candidate will have about 8 years of working experience in a relevant field, 3+ years of managerial experience, hands-on experience, and in-depth knowledge of mandatory to know technologies. They will also have experience in rollout global solutions operating across global markets, proven ability to lead teams of engineers with varying experience, adapt to team sizes from small to large, experience with working in an Agile environment, experience in working in diverse projects with varying technologies, products, and systems, strong problem-solving skills, ability to make critical technical decisions, guide/mentor other team members, stakeholder engagement/influence skills, pragmatic and collaborative team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, see challenges as an opportunity to improve, take initiative, start-up mindset, demonstrate resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving, and strong capability to work effectively in situations of ambiguity, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
