Job Description:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Opole, Poland. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on end-to-end HR-related queries and processes.

You will also prepare HR documentation and files, maintain HR systems, and cooperate with external payroll providers. Additionally, you will manage employee benefits, social funds, and PPKs, as well as prepare HR reports and monitor key processes in Workday.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Polish end-to-end HR administration, fluent language skills in Polish and English, and a working knowledge of Polish labor law. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, and possess flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and processes
  • Prepare HR documentation and files, maintain HR systems
  • Cooperate with external payroll providers
  • Manage employee benefits, social funds, and PPKs
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Monitor key processes in Workday
