HR Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Capita Poland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing HR guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and processes.
• Preparing and maintaining HR documentation and systems.
• Coordinating with external payroll providers and preparing necessary documentation and data for pay list calculations.
• Managing employee benefits, social funds, and other HR-related matters.
• Preparing HR reports and analyzing data.
• Monitoring and managing key processes in Workday, an internal software solution for financial management and human resources.
• Collaborating with Capita Finance, vendors, and other institutions as needed.
• Dealing with foreigner stay legality in Poland and supporting work permission processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Polish end-to-end HR administration.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both verbally and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
