Your Tasks
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments, ensuring seamless contractual thresholds are met.
  • Respond to client queries and escalations accurately, via phone, live chat, email, and case management system.
  • Provide clarity on HR policies and procedures, ensuring employee understanding and compliance.
  • Update process documentation within agreed timeframes, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
Your Profile
  • Strong client management and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing employee life cycle activities, including personal/job/pay changes, HR documentation, new hires/onboarding, transfers, leave & absences, promotions, relocations, and separations.
  • Handle client communication and reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (min. B2).
