Job Description: Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team at Kaliszuk sp.j. Staff Partners. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient information workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and organize project meetings to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate or administrative roles, preferably in project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Bright, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
