About the Role

The position of Polish Accounts Payable Professional at TN Poland's Global Business Services Warsaw Delivery Center involves handling the entire Accounts Payable process, from incoming invoices and credit notes to travel expenses and balance sheet reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.

Key Tasks
  1. Process invoices and credit notes in SAP ERP
  2. Manage travel expenses in SAP ERP
  3. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure compliance with company standards
  4. Respond to inquiries from suppliers and business partners
  5. Reconcile balance sheets regarding Accounts Payable
  6. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  7. Optimize the Accounts Payable process through standardization and improvement
  8. Share knowledge and experience with other employees
  9. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  1. Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (professional certification in accounting is advantageous)
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  3. Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles
  5. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  6. SAP ERP expertise
  7. MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  8. Collaborative team player with independent work capabilities
  9. Adaptability to changing processes and willingness to learn new tools
  10. Effective time management
