Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for helping improve the Reliability, Scalability, Security, and Operations of our SaaS platform.
- You will be responsible for overall operations for our Cloud platform, optimizing infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting, managing Uptime and other relevant SLAs.
- You will scale, lead, and manage the Cloud Operations team to drive business success.
- Collaborate with other Engineering managers to evolve and transform our operations to the next level of reliability and scalability.
- Lead your teams to deliver high-quality results with a high level of execution and achievement.
- Define and manage project plans and deliverables for the Cloud Operations group to ensure timely completion.
- Well-versed in cloud tools, concepts, and methodologies to drive innovation.
- Help the team Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Work across all engineering teams to identify areas of improvement in our SaaS platform.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams supporting AWS and Google Cloud Platform is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Possess a problem-solving attitude and are adaptable in the face of change.
- Positive and enthusiastic with a high level of cross-functional partnership across other technical teams and XTM International Limited as a whole.
- Bring a collaborative approach and create a high-performing team culture.
- Excellent client-facing skills with effective communication, presentation, and written skills.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity.
- Optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution.
- Resourceful, excited to uncover innovative solutions, and teach yourself something new when needed.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years experience directly and formally managing and leading Cloud Operations teams and functions.
- Experience managing teams supporting AWS / Google Cloud Platform is necessary.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools.
- Architectural experience building and managing large-scale cloud platforms.
- Experience with multiple cloud technologies.
- Well-versed with incident management process and uptime SLA.
- Possess technical confidence and familiarity with cloud operations tools, techniques, and mindset.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions that lead to increased productivity.
- Passionate about innovating at the intersection of technology.
