Job Title: Senior Software ArchitectDescription:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services.

Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless communication throughout the development process.

You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:

We're looking for a seasoned software professional who can provide leadership and expertise in designing and developing cloud-native applications. As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing architectural guidance and oversight for cloud-based projects

2. Collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement scalable software systems

3. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards

4. Mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of innovation

5. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards

RequirementsWhat we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in backend technologies such as NodeJS, Go, or PHP

2. A deep understanding of system architecture, including monoliths and distributed systems

3. Experience leading and mentoring in an Agile environment

4. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

5. Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

6. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and applying innovative cloud-native solutions
