We are seeking a talented Human Centered Design Expert to join our team at TeamQuest Sp. z o.o. Our client is an innovative company revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry by providing technologically advanced solutions for shopping centers and retailers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience in the field of design and human-computer interaction.
  • Strong portfolio with UX/UI projects showcasing independent work and high-quality user-focused projects attached in the application via a link in the CV or in a single document.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience in a similar position, with professional experience in designing interactions and user experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Applying Agile methodology in the product development process.
  • Sharing knowledge and promoting best design practices within the organization.
  • Creating and refining visual interfaces for digital products, ensuring engaging user experiences (UX).

The successful candidate will be proficient in English and Polish, with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and independently.
