Unlock Your Potential as a Key Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our ROCKWOOL Core Solution team in Poland and the CEE region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the PREFAB segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
- Identify and acquire new sales markets among PREFAB manufacturers
- Support customers throughout the sales process
- Visit factories with sales potential and hold meetings with designers, technologists, and procurement department employees
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the PREFAB/OEM segments
- Technical education in construction, architecture, or related fields
- High technical competence
- Advanced English language skills (C1)
- Driving license category B
- Residence near a major airport (no more than 2 hours from the airport)
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Independence in action, effective time planning, and organization skills
