Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Multilingual Skills, you will be part of our dynamic team responsible for delivering outstanding support services to Ryanair passengers.

Our clients' satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide seamless travel experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  1. Provide multilingual support via phone, email, or chat to address passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to baggage, bookings, flight rescheduling, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A communicative level of English (min. B2) and French (min. B2)
  • The ability to operate Windows operating systems and MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high personal culture and customer orientation
  • Commitment and motivation to work collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Availability to work from our office in Katowice
