- Develop and implement business strategy aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Lead workshops, facilitate business requirements discovery and analysis, and support estimation and prioritization.
- Promote a value-driven and data-driven approach, analyze, present, and monitor business outcomes using metrics.
- Drive functional project delivery from a functional perspective, ensuring continuous alignment and transparency between the client and the delivery teams.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, leading offer submissions and RFP responses, partnering with Salesforce account executives and sales engineers to optimize solutions.
