Our client, a global high-tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join their team in Poland.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  2. Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest in our services
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
  4. Providing exceptional customer support and addressing complex issues

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management
  • Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with internal customers
