This role as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is pivotal in shaping our talent landscape, focusing on driving recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across the EMEA region. You will lead the recruitment journey, overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

Your tasks include:

  • Leading Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring occur seamlessly.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on talent acquisition processes, crafting tailored recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
  • Providing Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Reporting and Market Intelligence: Compile and share weekly reports tracking recruitment progress while building a rich understanding of market trends and talent availability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates, working alongside hiring managers.
  • Champion Employer Branding: Position Veeam Software as an employer of choice, enhancing our visibility and attractiveness to top-tier talent.

We expect from you:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles relevant to the EMEA region.
  • Consultative Approach: Demonstrated expertise in recruiting with a consultative mindset, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and German is essential; proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
