Job Description
We are seeking a Multichannel Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a frontline service representative, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. You will process orders, maintain customer data, handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, and collaborate across departments to forge strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. Your interactions will contribute to an outstanding customer service experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
The Role
- Provide real-time support on Live Chat and via email
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively
- Contribute to creating lasting positive impressions with every customer interaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian language and good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
