Master Data Manager needed for TN Poland. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with various functional teams, such as Finance and Operations, to foster knowledge exchange and ensure data coherence.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in discovering and addressing data-related issues and adept at facilitating decision-making processes.

This role involves conducting master and reference data set analysis to ensure data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Definitions: Oversee product master data and reference data definitions in alignment with Data Owners to maintain consistency.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to standardize product data usage across the organization.
  • Communication: Facilitate knowledge sharing among data governance teams in Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure unified data management practices.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, SAP, and Jira is an advantage.
  2. Industry Experience: Experience with FMCG companies and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data.
  3. Data Savvy: Ability to handle and analyze large sets of data effectively.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  5. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach in discovering and addressing data-related issues, and adept at facilitating decision-making processes.
