The role of a Human Resources Generalist at Hyva Group involves executing the company's HR policies, handling first-line HR inquiries, and providing administrative support to the HR Shared Services team. As part of this dynamic and international work environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences in a fast-paced and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering general human resources questions and inquiries, taking messages when necessary, and ensuring follow-up to provide a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing and support system.
  • Administering data in HR information systems, preparing reports and analysis, and providing administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Executing training and development plans, responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing and validation of payroll results, calculating statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity, and handling benefit expenses.
  • Cooperating with Social Security Institution and Tax Office, answering all payroll questions and inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing and support system.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, People Operations, or related experience, with strong professional and HR operational knowledge. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities are essential. Intermediate/business-level proficiency in Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or English is required.
