Electrical and Instrumental Quality Assurance Specialist

Grupa590 is seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumental Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów, Poland. As a key member of our specialist services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical and instrumental installations and equipment in the PETRO&GAS&OIL industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site
  • Filling Quality Records and providing support to the Quality Manager
  • Preparing and performing inspections for all electrical and instrumental installations and witnessing all testing required
  • Checking conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtaining relevant documentation, and managing documents that certify tests, controls, and inspections
  • Active participation in the preparation of calculation needs in terms of the Contract

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in final installation inspections and testing for Instrument calibrations, including ultrasonic flow meter, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, etc.
  • Previous experience in high voltage electrical installations, including switchgear and electric drives
  • Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice, and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work
  • Hazardous Area installation and inspection experience is an advantage
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience in filling and preparing Inspection forms and reports
  • Knowledge and ability to read Construction documentation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package and familiar with other computer packages (e.g., MS Project, Outlook, etc.)
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team, with problem-solving skills and excellent organizational skills
