Job Overview



Grupa590 is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical installations.



Responsibilities




  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality control plans and industry standards
  • Verify the accuracy of instrument calibrations, including ultrasonic flow meters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, and pressure transmitters
  • Assess the quality of electrical installations, including high-voltage electrical systems and switchgear
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
  • Collaborate with the quality manager to ensure seamless quality control processes
  • Participate in the preparation of calculation needs in accordance with the contract


Requirements




  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in final installation inspections and testing for instrument calibrations
  • Previous experience in high-voltage electrical installations, including switchgear and electric drives
  • Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice, and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work
  • Hazardous Area installation and inspection experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure and perform autonomously
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package and familiar with other computer packages
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
