We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.

  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal disruption to the business.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project progress and status.

  • Analyze project data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT enterprise projects.

  • Previous project management experience with ERP projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).

  • Proficiency in applying fundamental project management principles in various and often unpredictable contexts.

  • Understanding the relationship between assigned projects and broader enterprise requirements.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment.

  • Competence in making decisions impacting project success, including results, deadlines, and budget.

  • Effective communication skills, both formal (operational/financial reviews) and informal (storytelling, networking).

  • Skillful in influencing organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on project outcomes.

  • Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels, both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain area.
