Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Management Trainee Program in Customer Care. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for developing your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with experienced customer service representatives to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with daily tasks and projects, taking on increasing responsibilities as you grow in your role.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management position.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
