Management Trainee Program in Customer Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Management Trainee Program in Customer Care. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for developing your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with experienced customer service representatives to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Assist with daily tasks and projects, taking on increasing responsibilities as you grow in your role.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a management position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
