About the Role

This marketing graduate position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team. As a member of our marketing and communications team, you will gain hands-on experience in various roles within the function, including internal communications, media relations, campaigns, insights, brand management, and events.

During your placement, you may choose to focus on one or two areas that interest you most, allowing you to develop and hone your skills, knowledge, and understanding. You will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team, collaborating with colleagues on a global platform. Your responsibilities will include working on marketing projects to help build brand awareness, generate new business leads, nurture existing clients, and contribute to Aon's growth targets.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

- Working closely with a campaign activation manager to brief Aon's digital agency on demand programs, which may include paid social media advertising, content syndication, and more.
- Meeting with business stakeholders to understand growth priorities and identify potential solutions.
- Participating in delivering Aon events attended by clients and prospects, such as conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Collaborating with marketing and communications colleagues to plan marketing campaigns aimed at specific buyer segments and mapping customer journeys.
- Communicating with Ukrainian colleagues to enhance their sense of relevance, connection, and value within the organization.
