At Antal Sp. z o.o., we are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns that align with our brand's objectives, including lead nurture, newsletters, events, and re-engagement.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and manage email lists for targeted and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email customization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or asset management - preferred.
  • e-mail campaign automation experience - preferred.
