Game Designer Position at Reality Games

We are seeking an experienced Game Designer to join our team in Krakow, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game design and a passion for creating engaging gaming experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the core loop of the game, creating feature drafts, and collaborating with the analytical team to define player behavior and design gameplay accordingly.

In this role, you will also work closely with producers, UI/UX designers, QA, and engineers to iterate on games and features that meet players' expectations and the company's vision.

You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes creativity, innovation, and player satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing the core loop of the game;
  • Creating feature drafts and game design process documentation;
  • Collaborating with the analytical team to define player behavior and design gameplay accordingly;
  • Working with producers, UI/UX designers, QA, and engineers to iterate on games and features;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in game design;
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics and player psychology;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Recruitment Process:

  • HR Interview: A 30-minute chat to learn more about the project and our culture;
  • Technical Interview: A 1-hour meeting with the Head of Product, which may include a task;
  • Production Flow Overview: A 30-minute session with the Head of Production to introduce you to our processes;
  • Decision: We'll share feedback with you promptly.
