  • Integrate external data sources and systems into ServiceNow for seamless data transfer and processing of requests and assets.
  • Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and shorten request fulfillment times.
  • Implement features for managing assets, including inventory, assignment, tracking, and lifecycle reporting.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, as the job is in an international environment where English is essential for daily communication.
  • Good knowledge of Polish.
  • Demonstrable experience in backend development, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
  • Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly.
