Job Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our Digital Procurement team where you will collaborate with the Product Owner and end-users to enhance our procurement digital tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Product Owner to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  2. Gather and document user requirements, create user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Translate procurement needs into features and assist in maintaining the product backlog.
  4. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation. Provide training and support to end-users.
  5. Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes and systems.
  6. Prepare test plans, coordinate testing, and ensure quality assurance.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably in the procurement domain.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in English language skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Understanding of procurement processes and systems.
  6. Experience with Agile methodologies, which is an advantage.
