International Medical Education Manager, Poland Position

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Education Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will work closely with our International Medical HQ team and US-based Headquarters to develop and implement medical communications content and materials that impact all Ex-US International markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop science-based content as part of the medical/brand plan based on strategy and team priorities.
  • Create and update internal and external Medical Communications materials, including digital and Medical Scientific Liaison materials.
  • Regularly review and update existing Medical materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Obtain approval of materials and communicate new content to regional and local medical teams, providing training and updates as needed.
  • SUPPORT international advisory boards and congresses, including satellite symposia, with slide development and other tasks.
  • Work with marketing to develop accurate and unbiased material.
  • Stay up-to-date on recent trends and techniques in Medical Education content creation, including AI.
  • Review and provide input on international HQ-developed content.
  • Provide backup support for Medical Information requests and standard letter development.
  • Collect and provide metrics on the quality of delivered materials.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, common standards, metrics, and systems.
  • Stay current with company mission and values, upholding accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interact within culturally diverse teams and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • Medical or Pharmaceutical/Health Science background.
  • 4 to 6 years of industry experience, preferably in Medical Affairs, pharma, biotech, medtech, or Medical Communication Agency.
  • Experience in Diagnostics or Biotech industry is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Medical Communication or Medical Education content creation.
  • Working knowledge of copyright laws.
  • Expertise in Oncology is a plus.
  • Personal leadership, accountability, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform in-depth medical literature research, analysis, and interpretation to develop medical materials.
  • Proficiency in literature searching databases.
  • Knowledge of MedTech and regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment and delivering as part of a cross-functional remote team.
  • Solid track record of multi-project management and execution.
  • Experience in education of internal teams, such as Commercial and Medical teams.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. English is required, multiple languages are desirable.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and other IT systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Creator and other tools to create and visualize scientific content.
  • Experience with VEEVA systems for material review is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to deliver quality results in a timely manner.
