Job Description

The External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the ESE and Sponsorship processes within Global Business Services (GBS).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provides operational guidance and administrative support for on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
  2. Maintains electronic records, follows up on outstanding items, and ensures timely completion of transactions.
  3. Resolves problems in straightforward situations, analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operates within clear guidelines.
  4. Serves as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all Biogen engagement and sponsorship owners and other employees involved in the ESE and SGG process.
