Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the livestock industry? Do you have a strong track record of building relationships and driving business growth?
We are seeking a seasoned sales manager to lead our livestock division in Rzeszów, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Polish market and a proven ability to navigate complex sales environments. You will work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication with customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team at Leiber GmbH and contribute to the company's continued success.
Job Responsibilities:- Further development of existing business relationships and increasing business success for the products of the livestock division
- Focussed support for products from our Polish plant and cooperation with the Polish team on site
- Expanding this network by acquiring new strategically relevant customers in Poland and internationally
- Ongoing care, management and support of existing customers through regular dialogue
- Conducting sales talks and negotiating contracts as well as preparing offers
- Preparation of the annual sales forecast and ongoing monitoring of sales figures
- Planning and organising product training courses and seminars as well as representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and other specialist events
- Degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable degree programme (e.g. agricultural economics, veterinary medicine, etc.)
- Or business background with several years of suitable sales experience, e.g. in the animal feed industry or trade
- Knowledge of sales strategy and processes
- Strong negotiating skills
- Success-orientation, affinity for numbers and commitment
- Pleasure in travelling throughout Poland (up to 70 %)
- Very good foreign language skills in Polish and English
- Category B driver's license

Estimated salary range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
