As an Automation Strategist, you'll develop products based on cutting-edge technologies like test classifiers, large language models, chatbots, and more.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager or similar role holder in technology or tech advocacy in Customer Experience. If you have a passion for AI, experience in developing automation or no-code/low-code applications is a plus.

  • You'll make recommendations and decisions about the product roadmap based on gathered data.
  • You'll handle tasks such as developing automation-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines, managing delivery of features and enhancements.
  • You'll define, monitor, and review relevant product KPIs, understand differences between input and output measures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology or tech advocacy in Customer Experience.
  • Possession of strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to see the product through the eyes of clients, understand their needs, and design solutions accordingly.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlog.
  • Strong business writing skills and English proficiency (at least B2 level).
