- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

- Translate business objectives into actionable digital goals and projects for the digital team.
- Leverage your expertise in CRM and eCommerce to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex information to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Digital Manager or Account Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of the digital environment and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- Strong understanding of CRM and eCommerce.
- Project Management experience is an additional asset.
- Strong team player approach, collaborative mindset, and hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
