About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities
  • Consult with existing customers to identify sales and marketing solutions
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns
  • Navigate clients through Google Ads to implement campaign suggestions
  • Build strong relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to team sales targets
Requirements
  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Czech and English
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation
  • Computer savvy and ability to relocate to Krakow or Warsaw
