Unlock the full potential of customer relationships as a Digital Sales Representative with TTEC. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with clients to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and analyze customer accounts to identify upsell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work in a target-driven environment to meet individual sales targets and contribute to team sales growth
  • Consult with clients to provide tailored solutions for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to implement new marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation
  • Computer savvy and ability to navigate technology
  • Reside in or be able to relocate to the Krakow area

We Offer:

  • A base wage of 7,800 PLN gross/month
  • Generous relocation package of 2,000 PLN net
