Truck Fleet Director

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team at Boekestijn Transport. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the entire fleet lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.

Main Responsibilities
- Procure and maintain a fleet of vehicles that meets our operational needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including manufacturers and service providers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
